Getting started
Tried the push 1 yesterday trying to get idea of what weight I needed to start with on each exercise when I start week 1 on Sunday, did 205 on the first set of inclined bench but knew I wasn't getting multiple sets of that so had to drop it down to 185 and struggled to get 8 reps on 4 sets.
