Yes its happening every couple calls
I've experienced it about once a day during testing
As I mentioned on the call I swapped to PlayHT because of this issue. Seeing as I spoke to my Ai 300 time last week testing it will be a bit of a task to send through the old call logs. Hoping you find an answer.
