Did you know being just 2% dehydrated can reduce strength and endurance by up to 20%? Aim for at least half your body weight (in ounces) of water each day.
One of the best actions I have been taking as of late is to not have caffeine for the first 90 minutes of the day and instead opting for water and electrolytes. So usually 1/2 liter to 1 liter of water and an ELMNT packet.
