I've been doing the Rapid Rewire Protocol for one of my three goals. I made a tweak of my own by using a AI prompt to decide on the image I would use. The image I created with the help of the AI LLM was really powerful andusing it in the RRP makes it almost like a pushbutton. My routine 3 breaths//set a 6 min timer//do the RR Protocol //reset timer for the interval I plan to work (I sometimes use Focus Mate), work. When the timer goes off I document what work I did and write down what the next task is. Then I'm done, or I rinse and repeat.
