My name is Alexandra Alexa, I am a mindset coach working with women from strength sports helping them overcome self-doubts and limiting beliefs. Through my work, I have noticed that women are using sports and competition to express themselves and overcome their limitations. But not all women want to practise sport at a competitive level.
Therefore, I've created this community for women who struggle with self-doubt, negative self-image, unworthy thinking, and fear of judgment.
