A process I give my athletes in meditation
Step 1 - identify a healthy habit of breathing/meditating
Step 2 - Start to see and listen to thoughts
Step 3 - recognize the emotions those thoughts provoke
Step 4 - Identify moments that likely are related to having fear and doubt in your abilities
Step 5 - Identify Moments that likely created joy happiness and freedom
Step 6 - Be selective about which ones you would prefer to have in you at the moment
Step 7 - Start to visualize the best version of yourself
