let’s clear this up right now—YouTube Automation isn’t some magic button you press and watch the money roll in. If you think it’s set-it-and-forget-it, you’re about as delusional as someone who thinks staring at their gym membership will give them abs. 😂

BUT… if you're willing to put in the work up front, automation can absolutely work. You just need the right approach, and I’m about to show you how.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 “𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭” 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡

➠100 Video Rule:

Listen, your first 100 videos? They’re not going to make you rich. Treat them like unpaid internships. You’re not cashing out yet. What you’re doing is building your content arsenal. Testing, learning, adapting.

➠ Niche Till You Bleed:

Everyone wants “broad appeal.” That’s code for “no one cares about your videos.” Start hyper-niche. Think “Left-Handed Golf Techniques” or “Vegan Pizza Recipes for Dads” (whatever that niche is, get it). Trust me, you need depth before breadth.

𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚, 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 💸

Instead of dumping everything into one channel and praying, test multiple niches. Run 3 micro-channels instead of one bloated, generalist channel. Test 10 videos in each niche. The one that’s racking up watch time? That’s your winner. Scale that.

Example Time:

In January, I launched 3 faceless channels:

One bombed hard (crypto).
One flopped slower (Health).
The third (Movies Related)? 7M views and counting.

Where do you think I’m doubling down? Yep, Movies Related. It’s a niche winner.
