Errors in my first AI SEO Basic App

Hello Everyone ,

I thought of trying my first AI SEO app and so started the weekend on same. i had no coding experience and so using GPT and colab and managed to get the code right with my understanding .I am trying to use this by streamlit and so imported it on Google colab . Everything looks fine until the output part. So its basically a meta description generator where i will give list of URLs and it should give me meta desc. i am aware that there are many working apps on this but i want to try and create one on my own . I am currently already using via Google sheets . So i am attaching a screenshot which looks like an error with OpenAI API ! ANy help to resolve will be helpful, the readme docs seems to be too technical for me . Thanks in Advance .
