How do I get a more realistic head swap?

Been trying to get the facial features to be more accurate to the reference picture in Midjourney. Is there anyway to get them more accurate. I've seen some videos with celebrities and their faces look so much more spot on than what I'm getting.

This is the prompt I'm using:
