Law Chatbot RAG experiment

Hey! I am using RAG for building a chatbot for dutch rental law.

I scraped this website: http://www.dutchcivillaw.com/legislation/dcctitle7744.htm to get the text (hope posting links here is fine).

My app.py also runs, but the responses are very bad and the model only responses in copying the scraped text.

I attached my code as well.
