There are already quite a few Skool groups for AI and automation - so why did I build this one?
Short story: I wanted to create a place focused on sharing new builds, new inventions - a place that was focused on creating new use cases for AI and automation technology. This is that group.
Longer story (the why): Since I was about 6 years old, I've always wanted to be an inventor - someone who builds new things and brings new ideas to the world.
That desire to create new things aligned well with building businesses, which was sort of like inventing things, but not quite. I always knew about Zapier and a few basics when it came to automating things, and I was a pretty early adopter of Chat GPT (it got me through 2 years of college) - but I never realized that you could actually combine the two to create some truly amazing things.
After stumbling across a few videos from creators on Youtube showcasing some of these mindblowing builds, I knew that's where my future was. Each automation is like a mini-invention that you can bring to life in a matter of hours, if not minutes. With all of the tools we have at our disposal, it's pretty insane what we can build.
So, I fired myself from growing Bold Slate (my marketing agency focused on home services websites and SEO), and started Black Polygon AI, my consulting agency for time saving automations (for who exactly, I am still figuring that out). This time, I am documenting my journey in getting our first customers, showing you what we are building, and making everything as visible and transparent as possible.
Ultimately, I want to have a thriving community where I can share a ton of value and have a great group where ideas are passed around all of the time. We are still so early to this industry that the sky is the limit. Entire industries are going to be reshaped in the next 1-10 years, and I'm excited to share in the gains with you all. Cheers.
