What is the best outreach automation tool?

Hey guys, I’m running my coaching business and agency for some time and still have a bit of struggle with booking appointments through DMs. The main issue that I’m facing atm is probably the volume of my outreach and lead sourcing. Is there a tool that can scrape leads for me and also send out those DMs on autopilot in the cloud so I don’t even need to have it opened when running? I don’t care that much about the SM platform.
