How do I start?
Hey Guys I watched a ton of videos on starting a agenecy finding clients and also closing them but I need your help
I want to start my first agency but I dont know what to do
Do I just find a niche and a problem I can solve for businesses and just start reaching out to them or do I need any software ?
And also after I will sign my first client (for example I do tik tok ads for businesses ) I can pay a freelancer to do the job for me , or I can do it myself
I am asking because I am confused, I watched lot of videos and I still feel like do not know anything about how to even start
