📣 HIRING: Tech VA (Go HighLevel / ClickUp / Automation Ninja)
Hey fam — I’m looking for a Tech VA / Systems Assistant to join our agency team. If you're obsessed with automations, checklists, and making things actually work without breaking — this is for you.
🎯 Who we are:
We help dog trainers scale using Google Ads + FB ads
We move fast, we're building systems, and we want a long-term team player who can grow with us.
💻 What you’ll be doing:
- Building + managing Go HighLevel sub-accounts
- Setting up client automations (email/SMS workflows, tags, triggers)
- Keeping ClickUp clean + structured (SOPs, client onboarding flows)
- Fixing bugs + errors fast when shit breaks
- Occasionally helping with other backend tools (Google Sheets, Zapier, Slack, Loom, etc.)
👇 You are:
- Already experienced in Go HighLevel (or can learn fast — I’ll give SOPs)
- Organized AF — you like things clean and working
- A self-starter — if something’s unclear, you figure it out or ask
- Good written English (we communicate inside Slack & ClickUp)
- Internet + laptop ready to rock 🔥
🧠 Bonus if you:
- Have worked with agencies before
- Have ClickUp experience
- Can edit Looms / write SOPs from scratch
- Speak a little Spanish (not required but nice)
💰 Pay:
Starting at $4-$6/hour USD, depending on experience, with bonuses as we grow.
