The Last-Click Dilemma in Affiliate Marketing
Fellow Affiliate Skool Enthusiast, I'm facing a challenge with our affiliate program on Skool, and I could use your insights and experiences. The Issue: Skool uses a last-click attribution model for affiliate commissions. This means that only the final affiliate link clicked before a community is created gets credited with the sale. While this model is straightforward, it's causing some problems: 1. Out of 15 people I've guided to start communities, only 3 used my affiliate link. 2. It's incredibly difficult to track and verify conversions. 3. The model doesn't account for the value provided by affiliates who introduce potential customers to Skool earlier in the decision-making process. Why It Matters: This last-click model differs from most other affiliate programs, like Amazon, which often use first-click or multi-touch attribution. It potentially undervalues the contributions of affiliates who play crucial roles in awareness and consideration phases.Seeking Your Help: I'd love to hear from other members about: - Your experiences with Skool's affiliate program - Strategies you've found effective for increasing affiliate conversions - How you're handling tracking and attribution challenges - Any suggestions for fair compensation in a last-click model Has anyone successfully found a solution for that with Skool? Or found creative ways to ensure their efforts are recognized?Let's discuss how we can maximize our affiliate success while ensuring fair compensation for all contributors in the customer journey.Looking forward to your thoughts and experiences!

Affiliate Payout Option Other Than Stripe
Hey Sam, Stripe is not available in my country, unfortunately. Can you please add another payment option for affiliate payouts like WISE or Paypal? that would be super helpful and I don't have to stop to promote your awesome platform because of the affiliate payout issue. I really appreciate your support Thank you so much

Affiliate payment issues
I am in a situation where I have a few affiliate links but I've been asked to create a Stripe account to receive the payout, however when creating the stripe account I am being told that I cannot use it because it's a business consider high risk of disputes - has anyone run into the same issue and if so what was the solution?

How I'm making $2,500/month from Skool affiliates (without effort)
Here are the 5 steps my team & I follow to effortlessly make $2,500/month with Skool. Step 1: I make a piece of content showing how Skool can genuinely solve a problem and I post that piece of content everywhere - my blog, email newsletter, FB, YT, IG, etc. Huge tip: If I ever see someone struggling with something, or if someone asks me a good question, rather than just DM'ing them the answer/solution, I'll make a video or write a blog post about it, then send them that piece of content and thank them for the idea. This makes creating content effortless and I'm guaranteed to make at least 1 person (the person who asked me the question) super happy. Step 2: In the piece of content I make, I tell people to DM me if they want 1 on 1 help (for free) to set up their Skool account properly and professionally. Step 3: I get someone on my team to DM them back and set up a Zoom call with them. Step 4: On the Zoom call, my team member has them sign up for Skool using my aff link, and then works with them for 30 min to set up their Skool community. I pay my team member $35 (nearly 100% of my first months aff commission) for this Skool set up job. Step 5: We repeat steps 1-4.

How I ranked #2 on Youtube for the keyword "Skool Affiliate"
This post will help you rank your Youtube videos for your desired keywords in almost all industries. This is a strategy I learnt a while ago, and I paid over $2000 for this knowledge. I hope to save you some money with this post! The ranking of this videos was a proof of concept, this is not something I filmed or edited, so shoutout to the Skool community and Sam for making this possible. Let's get into the ranking. 1. SEO SEO is still the king of free traffic. For Youtube, I recommend doing some research before you upload. In my case, I looked up videos that came up when I searched "Skool affiliate program" and "skool affiliates" Using tools such as "VidIQ" will tell you all the tags that your competition uses to rank their videos, which is a super helpful insight. This is also a great tool for keyword research. You need to make sure you take these learning and apply them in the title and description of your videos. In my experience, a good title has numbers, such as "in 2024" or "8 ways to promote skool". My title was "8 Ways to Promote Skool | Skool Affiliate Program" which is combination of numbers, and also keywords that can rank. Then I recommend repeating the title exactly in the first line of your description. For the descriptions, I usually use ChatGPT and ask it to create a keyword rich description using the given keywords. It also helps if you paste the video transcription for the GPT to have a better understanding. You can use tools like "Youtube Summary" on Chrome to grab the video transcription. 2. SMM Panels This is the blackhat part. You can buy views, likes, shares and SEO embeds to make your video rank higher. I have tried many different SMM panels in the past, and most of them are garbage, and I understand if you hate them. The only platforms that worked so far was NLOSMM. I am not affiliated with them, even tho I have a link, the goal is now to make an extra $10 here. Try it and see for yourself. What I specifically suggest is the SEO embeds, and high retention views. As time goes on, it's recommended to repeat the process and purchase more views and shares, likes to keep your video ranking.

Top Skool affiliates are Silent Millionaires
They don't talk much. They don't show their income reports. They are nowhere in the Skool Games main leaderboard (except Hamza and Ted). How are they doing it? Who knows what I am talking about?

Want More Sign-Ups on Your Affiliate Links?
Everyone loves a good offer. Want to make yours irresistible? Throw in bonuses that people can ONLY get by signing up through your link. And here’s the kicker—you don’t even have to create the product yourself. You can license it. I had an affiliate license a Chrome extension from us that adds a special feature. Now they use it as a bonus for anyone who signs up through their affiliate link. It doesn’t have to stop at Chrome extensions. You could do courses or anything that helps your audience get what they want faster. Here are some ideas: - A course on growing a Skool community using their existing audience. - A course for people with no audience, showing how to grow through cold emails, FB ads, organic videos, etc. - A course on turning free members into paid ones (this was a game-changer for us). - A course on monetizing a free Skool community without ever needing a paid one. Not into courses? Here are some software ideas: - A Chrome extension that lets users save and organize posts. - A tool for scheduling Skool posts. - A CRM built specifically for Skool. Pick any of these, slap them together with your main offer, and you’ve got something people can’t say no to. Heck, they might even pay extra just to get your bonuses. Happened to me.

When did the affiliate url get changed?
Just realised my old affiliate link has changed ie from >> /join to now >> /signup. I assume I am late on this, and we have to try update all our old links out there, because the old link is directing traffic to a live Skool group now. Smart guy, he is getting a bunch of traffic but not taking advantage of lol ...but how did he managed to claim this url name for his group with only one member, the rule of needing so many members must have changed. www.skool.com/join . .

What happens if you change the affiliate beneficiary in a group?
Hey. I have a question. Lets say I create a group for a client. He is the owner. In the first 3 months I am the one selected to get the affiliate comissions from his group. What happens after month 3 if I change the affiliate to his account? I still keep the affiliates that I got from month 1-3 for the next months that they pay skool? Or those affiliates change to his name after we switch? Thanks!

Skool Stats Users Etc
Is there anywhere I can find how many users are on Skool, how many communities there are? A high level of where the revenue is being made and the categories? I have heard a billion users or communities being tossed around but any overview of Skools goals so when I am pitching clients and doing a webinar I can get people hyped about joining? How I got $10,000/month passive income from Skool Games
In the first 3 years on Skool I got my affiliate income to $2,000/month. In the last 2 months I got my affiliate income to $10,000/month! 3 years. $2,000/month. 2 months. $10,000/month. Wild. What changed? The Skool Games. — The Skool Games is a business building competition hosted by Alex Hormozi and Skool. There's training, community, leaderboards, and the 10 winners spend a day with Hormozi in-person. It's a lot of fun. And it's an easy offer to sell. There's a 14 day free trial, then it's $99/month — Affiliates get 40% of payments! For life... Without having to find product-market fit Without having to build a product Without having to do any community management Once you get someone to sign up it's the closest thing to passive income I've ever seen. — All I did was make a few tweets, make a post in my community, and put the link in the description of three YouTube videos. Granted I have a bigger audience than most, but with a bit of work it's possible for anyone to make a few thousand bucks passive income by promoting The Skool Games. And if you already have an audience of beginners interested in starting their own business, this is perfect. For some people it is far easier to make money promoting The Skool Games than starting your own community. I was not paid to post this, just sharing a cool opportunity. You can check out the Skool Games here: - Affiliate link - Not affiliate link Then can get your own affiliate link here: https://www.skool.com/games/affiliates Let me know if you have any questions!
