Need help with promoting semaglutide offer

Planning to sell this semaglutide offer using YT ads as an affiliate.

I uploaded a video ad provided by the brand.

The video ad was approved but there were limitations.

1) Can I still run this ad on the full scale?

2) Is there any way to get rid of these?

3) Has anyone here run this offer?
