Going all-in on YouTube?

Hi, I know there are some very smart people here, so here's the situation:

I'm doing high-ticket consulting for entrepreneurs who are stuck between 25k-100k/mo.

Which means that my niche is pretty small, and I am fine with that.

Now the problem is:

What's the best way to find these people?

I used to think that doing YouTube + personalized Loom videos via email/Linkedin was the best idea.

But I found myself splitting my focus too much and spending 2h daily sending Looms...

On the opposite side, if I focused all my time on my YouTube channel AND on improving my product.

I could be 10X better at my craft.

So I might already have found the answer, but if you guys have some recommendations or opinions about this, I will be reading you carefully
