Who do you want to be?
A powerful question that you probably haven't asked yourself recently...
Because maybe like me, you WISHED for everything you have today...
Maybe you prayed about it, dreamed about it, and desperately FOUGHT for it...
But now you're here, and you're wishing it was easier.
You're wishing for LESS problems.
You're wishing for LESS challenge.
But is that the life you REALLY want?
Because isn't that maybe what you had before?A life where you simply wanted MORE?
MORE problems, BIGGER problems, and ultimately BETTER rewards.
I asked myself this question again recently because of some issues we're running into.
Yes, like you, we have issues in our lives and business too.
But unlike most people you follow, I'll actually admit it to you.
And this morning I prayed about it...
I asked God to give me wisdom, to make better decisions, and to follow in King Solomon's footsteps so that I can lead my people just like he lead his.
And then what do you know...
I opened my daily devotional by John C. Maxwell and sure enough, this was there (pic attached).
Just a coincidence?
A stroke of luck?
Maybe.
But how crazy is it that today, this day, it just so happened to be this...
Now, what's the point of all me sharing this?
Two reasons...
#1 - Be ThankfulThese problems you have today are the problems you probably dreamed about having one day.
To have your own business...
To have a team who works with you... and believes in you...
To have amazing clients who love working with you...
And to be able to impact the lives of many people who really look up to you...
#2 - Don't wish for LESS problemsAs the GOAT Jim Rohn once said...
“Don't wish it was easier wish you were better. Don't wish for less problems wish for more skills. Don't wish for less challenge wish for more wisdom...”
Yes, it will ONLY get harder...
Yes, you will ONLY have more problems...
And yes, you will ONLY fail if you decide to quit...
But if this is who you WANT to be...
Someone who has the business...
Someone who has the team...
Someone who wants to scale and truly build something...
Then you must be okay with the problems, stress, and challenges that come withit
You must embrace it.
Because this is want you wanted. And if it's not, then you should ask yourself the question...
Who do you want to be?
Not who somebody else wants you to be...
But who do YOU want to be...
And if the answer is someone bigger than you are today...
Then learn to embrace this.
And choose to get better instead of shying away from it.
To your success,
