I am telling you right now...Stop it! Let the customer cuss first, then mold into the conversation with your customer. Remember, you are trying to build trust/relationship for long term repeat business.
Cussing first may offend the customer. You have no idea of their religious or moral beliefs.
It is okay to cuss or try and get your point across with adjectives. However, let the customer open that can of worms first. Sales professionals are chameleons, we adapt to the environment around us and change colors to get on the same page as the customer.
