Customer Success Tracking
Hey guys, long time no see. So we've been finding a lot of success in all aspects of our business however one thing lacking is accurate customer success tracking. we have over 600+ clients at this point and we want to keep making our program better by using this data.
It's a data point that we simply find hard to track for our coaching program (our clients get the best results in the industry but we aren't tracking it as well as we should). For marketing agencies its of course a lot easier because you control/own the data, BUT for coaching & courses its a lot harder.
I was wondering if anyone has found a good way of combating this issue? Say for example a check-in system with an extensive tracking sheet or something else. Would love to hear your thoughts.
