Here’s how it works: Each day, set a timer for 15 minutes and focus on one task you’ve been procrastinating on—whether it’s work-related, personal, or something that’s been sitting on your to-do list for too long.
The goal is to build momentum and see how much you can get done with just 15 minutes of focused attention!
How to Earn Points:
1️⃣ 1 Point: Post a quick update each day on what task you focused on for 15 minutes. Did you make progress? Finish it?
2️⃣ 1 Bonus Point: Share a photo of your workspace or the task you’re working on. Let us see your progress!
3️⃣ 1 Bonus Point: Reflect on how the 15-minute focus felt. Was it easier or harder than expected? Did it help you feel more productive?
