How long is long enough and how often ?

How long and how often should I /we/you spend on TikTok to get the algorithm to start pushing you out to more users? I have quite a busy home life outside of work. So trying to balance work/home life with working on growing my business on Tik Tok. I have read an article where 4hours a day is a good amount of time.
