πŸ’ͺ How can you build your own stack of confidence proof?
Alex Hormozi explains that confidence comes from real proof of what you can do. It’s about doing small things every day. Each small success helps build your belief in yourself. Keep stacking those wins!

Building Authentic Confidence Through Small Successes
In the video "How You Gain Confidence" from Alex Hormozi, there's this quote from one of my friends, Alex Hormozi, that says, "You don't become confident by shouting affirmations in the mirror, but by having a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are." Outwork your self-doubt. A lot of people are like, "No, but what if you don't have any successes? How do you get started?" They don't realize the validity of the smaller things that they have done up to that point. Did you get dressed this morning? Did you get in front of the computer? It's smaller evidence, but you have enough evidence to make the claim that you can do this. You do that enough times, and you have enough evidence to make a claim that you can do this and support it. But that's the idea: just stacking as many of those pieces of evidence that give you proof that you are who you say you are.
You build confidence by collecting proof of your actions. Every small step, from getting dressed to sitting down to work, adds to your evidence. Recognize these wins and affirm your capability.
In his insightful talk, the speaker articulates that genuine confidence is derived not from mere affirmations but from accumulating undeniable proof of our abilities through consistent, tangible achievements. By emphasizing the significance of celebrating small victories and recognizing the effort behind each action, he empowers individuals to work through self-doubt and to build their confidence organically. This transformative perspective encourages listeners to reflect on their daily accomplishments, transforming them into solid evidence that reinforces their self-belief and capabilities.
