Had a LONG day yest. Slept about 4 hrs. Woke up feeling lethargic. Considered just laying around like a f*cking slug all day like most guys on Sunday.
Then I remembered I CAN’T do that. Because I don’t want the same results as most guys. I want exceptional results. And that requires exceptional action, even when I don’t feel like doing anything.
So I hit the gym and ran for the first time in years. Then I continued to punish my body with a full body HIIT workout and a sauna session.
Now I’m back at my house, after a nice cold shower. Wifey coming dinner.
NOW, I can relax and not feel guilty.
