Astrology and dreams

Is anyone else having really weird dreams the last couple of nights? I often have vivid dreams but these ones seem particularly chaotic and random. I feel anxious and confused in the dreams, but then when I remember them I laugh at how ridiculous they are. The people in them are very goofy and playful even when they are doing things I am not okay with. I wonder if this had something to do with this approaching full moon conjunct Uranus which is also very close to my sun.
