Yesterday I had my fist 250mg of Aspirin before bed and felt like I had grown a nother pair of balls, I feel amazing. I've also bought the activated charcoal, I'm unsure tho what the best time of taking it is. And today's school lunch is crazy - cottage cheese and white shugar.

I grew up catholic but wasn’t extremely invested in it and eventually was too drained to go to church because of how strict it was. It’s been 15 years since I’ve gone to church now until I went for the first time again on sunday. I know righteousness is a part of all of this besides just testosterone boosting and there were a few other signs I should go so I went to a nondenominational church and I have to say the message was great and I felt extremely welcomed and wanted. I used to hate church because I did not feel that way but I came out feeling good for the first time ever. Will definitely be going back. This post is mainly for anyone that has been thinking about going but is not doing it or holding it off. I was like that for a very long time so I’m sure there is someone in here that is the same way. Just give yourself one sunday morning to show up and try it out. You might like it

I've stumbled uppon this video, and it made a lot of sense to me, so I thought I'd share and maybe we could start a debate. Tldr. All wisdom comes from God. And stoicism has a lot of wisdom, it's just packaged in a western way. Yes some of the content of it is not wisdom from God and we must be able to take that apppart. But there are a lot of similarites to Proverbs and Psalms, so we could see stoic literature complimentary to our faith journey. Just don't take it as Gospel, but that is a skill in itself. What do you guys think? Is taking wisdom from stoicism and other schools of thought fine, until we keep the truth of Jesus Christ at our core? Or do you think that the bible is a sufficient and safer option? ( I'd say atleast for beginners, it is ). This would also tie into meditation for me. I don't see it as harmful, prayer is a lot more powerful, that is for sure, but supplementing with meditation can't hurt, since there are a lot of studies which also show the positive benefits. But again, this probably also ties into individuality and finding what works for ourselves best, as Alex talked to me once.
