Quick Reflections from A Week Off Social Media
I took the last week completely off of social media, including Skool. Here are a few realizations that I had: 1. I really like not being constantly active or present online 2. Our Business shouldn't require DAILY anything... 3. I'd rather have money working for me, not me for it. With these in mind, I'll be changing the way I do business across the board. Stay tuned, I'll share more soon...

This is one of the biggest reasons I would like to be able to schedule posts to my communities. I want to keep threads of conversations going and it's not healthy to get on here every day. But I want new posts in my groups daily for those that are engaging on the days I'm not there. Good insight into how you will change your habits going forward.

@Brian Campbell yep, but it's still "working" and leads to more and more. "well, I'll just do this one thing"...9 hours later 😂 I am shooting for that fire by my name, but I feel like I can't be hung up by NEEDING that fire by my name. I don't want to exchange social media addiction for community addiction. I know myself lol
Who are you leading and where are you leading them?
I've been having a lot of conversations recently with colleagues about the growing importance of inner leadership... It all begins with our own "inner authority". It's also no coincidence that the word "authority" contains the word "author". Since this group is the Skool Group "Leaders" Network, I hope that we can spark some conversation with other leaders who also think about their inner authority, their leadership style, who they are leading, and where they are leading people to. So, let's chat. Who are you leading? And where are you leading them to?

Like @Stephanie Hetu I also lead by example. Sharing my story of why something was created. There are times I want to learn something new and just hold out my hand to see who wants to do a challenge with me as we learn together. My best workshops are straight from going through tough times and later mapping out what I did to get out of it or through it.
3 Reasons Why Selling Coaching is Harder Than Ever
Have you noticed? The market feels different... What once worked without question…selling high-ticket coaching…now feels like trying to push a boulder uphill. Clients have endless options, and the classic promises just don’t hit like they used to. Engagement has dropped, conversion rates feel stagnant, and the hustle for visibility seems to take more than it gives. But there’s another way…a smarter, future-focused approach that a few trailblazers, my clients included, are quietly embracing. We’re moving beyond the limits of traditional coaching and into Niche Ecosystem Ownership, creating thriving communities that provide results, not just advice. And we’re doing it with advanced AI tools that make managing and scaling these ecosystems possible in hours, not weeks. While others perfect the next marketing gimmick, these ecosystem owners are building a new world, a world where clients are already ready and waiting to belong. Do you feel the shift, too?

@Brian Campbell I'm looking forward to the community "taking care of itself". Meaning, I'm excited to lead a space where everyone feels comfortable sharing their expertise, even when it's different from other views. I know that is a huge thing I miss about how social media changed interaction.
Content without Any CTAS?
I'm doing an experiment for the next week. No CTAs in my content. I predict a record breaking sales week! I'm going to personally connect with everyone that leaves a comment and personalize every offer that I make to be a perfect fit. That's like an infinite mix of content because every comment is it's own piece of custom content written for an individual person. How's that for mixing it up?

@Mimi Ramsey yes! Call to action - any action. Think, hit reply and share with me, go here for more free info, head to my podcast. I think like you said, many people now associate it only with a buy button. They haven't been taught to connect.

@Brian Campbell I want to build my memberships and get everyone make the most out of their collaborations. But also, make more connections for pointing my clients to good fits.
My Vision for Your Conversations
My vision is simple: to help you feel empowered in every sales conversation. Imagine a world where clients come to the call pre-sold on you, excited to work with you…no convincing required! High-ticket sales are most effective when clients feel aligned and excited from the beginning. When you come from a place of confidence, you create a space where clients are already halfway to a “yes.” This alignment transforms sales from a chore to a fulfilling part of your business, allowing you to attract the clients you truly want to work with. What’s your vision for your sales conversations? The most effective process will bring in clients who are eager to work with you with minimal effort.

I read your post and all I could think of was me signing up with my strategy coach. I first connected with her because I interviewed her on my podcast. It was a great connection. She offered me a private session and I put it off. She kept reminding me. I know now that I put it off because I knew I had to work with her and I just wasn't able to move forward yet. When we had our session I got a ton of value. I knew I had to work with her so I was taking full advantage of the session and waiting for how I could work further with her. It was the most I've ever spent with someone but the sessions have been priceless and she continues to check in so we can move forward...still included in what I purchased even though I feel I got my value already. Long story long per my usual. I want to pay attention to why I was an absolute yes, gotta work with her, I'll make it happen even though I know it will be more than I've ever spent. I am positive she dropped her rates so we could work together. But I'm paying attention to how we've worked together and moved super quick. How can I bring that to my clients?

@Brian Campbell yes and that's the part that will be evaluated, but I also know I can't do things exactly like her. So I want to figure out how I take the positive forward movement and map it out as I can coach it. But step 1 is the masterclasses that launched today :)
