TACTICS WITH NO STRATEGY
Hey , I recently released on a project on Feb 29th On Even for the first time . I have the album priced at $5 min(proud to pay system) Before I joined the community. I did my best to promote the album however I only converted 1 person to invest. After watching the first video in the classroom section I see I had a lot of tactics with NO STRATEGY and I am wondering… Should I move on and prepare for my next release or is there a strategy available in the community to help me with this problem?

How often did you post your content to promote your album?
Need any help with your music career at the moment?
Hey everyone, we're planning our content for YouTube video, podcasts and community in the coming months. 1. Is there anything you are especially curious to learn about or understand more deeply this year? 2. Is there anything in particular you need help with at the moment?

I'm curious about the most efficient way to spend money on ads.
Artists' Visual Identity.
One thing that I've noticed being a Member of NLN is that we don't talk about the importance of an Artists' Visual Identity. As y'all can see this is my New Stagewear and my moniker is Darklore Enchantè- Tha Trve Black Hellion and I'm forming a new EXTREME MUSIC Band called CHARNEL VEIL- A Black/Death/Harsh Noise/Thrash Quintet based out of Seattle, WA. I am the Frontman/Bandleader and my style/fashion showcases what I consider to be the KING OF THE DAMNED. I didn't put on my makeup for these shots because I was trying the skirt on with my boots, cape, spikes and gloves to see how I look and I must say, I look badass in this fit! So, yes, your Visual Identity is just as importance as your music because it's a part of your Brand. Look at Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Tezo Touchdown, Pretty Boy, Drake, KISS, Metallica, Sleep Token, Slipknot, Eric B. & Rakim(especially Rakim), J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, DR. Dre, NLE Choppa, Lil Nas X, Tanner Adell, Spiritbox, Ice Spice, Megan Thee Stallion, Taylor Swift, MJ and Prince. ALL OF THESE ARTISTS/BANDS/MUSICIANS HAVE THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL VISUAL IDENTITY and I encourage all of y'all to make sure that you know your visual identity and if you don't know yet, Sit down, close your eyes and listen to your music. This will help you figure out your V.I. because your goal is to meditate what you visualize yourself looking like and how you're going to perform onstage. Think about the colors you want to represent and what they say about your brand, write it all down and execute it because at the end of the day, you want your fan-based community to see what treat is in-store for them to eat up, wants seconds and take home for leftovers. Your Artist Visual Identity is what they'll remember for life. 🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿

I absolutely agree. Every artist should represent their music through their fashion. Even someone as simple as J. Cole knows wearing a white tee and jeans is a part of his branding.
My Introduction
Hey y’all! I’m Electra and I’m an artist who’s been seriously pursuing music for almost ten years. I’m adjusting to the changes of the music industry along with my own life, so I recently began being my own manager. By being in this community I hope to learn some information I could apply and share with others so it’s more accessible. Thank you for having me here.
