Team collaboration & goals workshop
Hey, I'm planning a two-day workshop for a team of six leaders, including their manager. The focus is on enhancing collaboration and achieving team goals. One challenge the team faces is a lack of clarity in roles for the team leaders, both for the team leader role in general and as well some individual roles. I’m thinking ways to capture the roles part in the workshop without going too deep into individual role descriptions etc. I was thinking of using elements from the Team Canvas, but wondering if anyone has had some good experiences with similar team role challenges as part of a bigger workshop.
