Hello everyone, I’m very excited to be part of this group and can’t wait to connect with you all. My name is Tati Estevanato, and I’m a real estate investor and Tax Deed Specialist. Most of my acquisitions come from tax deed auctions, and my main focus is in Florida, where I’ve successfully closed numerous deals. I'm also a licensed real estate agent in Florida. Thank you for your message! Yes, I’ve had great experiences with tax deed auctions here in Florida. Most of the time, I’m buying land either to flip or build on, and I’ve been fortunate enough to win several auctions, making profits ranging from 20% to well over 100%. I could say it’s easy, but it’s definitely not simple. I don’t really agree with how some of the “gurus” present this strategy—it’s not a quick or magical way to build wealth. There’s no shortcut to success. However, I firmly believe that if you approach it with the right knowledge and effort, tax deeds offer a fantastic opportunity to buy properties at excellent discounts and make solid profits, whether through reselling or building on them later. It’s a great avenue, but like anything, it requires dedication and smart strategy! Best regards, Tati
