Most of the time, I’m buying land either to flip or build on, and I’ve been fortunate enough to win several auctions, making profits ranging from 20% to well over 100%. I could say it’s easy, but it’s definitely not simple. I don’t really agree with how some of the “gurus” present this strategy—it’s not a quick or magical way to build wealth. There’s no shortcut to success. However, I firmly believe that if you approach it with the right knowledge and effort, tax deeds offer a fantastic opportunity to buy properties at excellent discounts and make solid profits, whether through reselling or building on them later.
