[HHC 1] The Power of Tracking: Your Wellness Game-Changer
Hey ladies, let's talk about a simple habit that can totally transform your health journey: tracking. It's like having a personal GPS for your wellness goals. When you consistently record things like water intake, workouts, sleep, or mood, you're creating a roadmap to your best self. This is a foundational habit that will elevate all your others. Tracking isn't about perfection—it's about awareness. Those numbers become your health detective, showing patterns you'd normally miss. It creates accountability, helps you celebrate small wins, and lets you make strategic improvements. You measure what matters - and your challenge is to choose one metric in your life that you want to track and then do that for one whole week. See how your awareness changes with that particular area of your life. What you notice, do you think "If I do this, I need to write this in my journal..." 😂 Modern apps and journals make tracking super easy. Find what works for you, stay consistent, and watch how this simple habit can create real change in your life. You've got this! [comment below what you will track this week!]

Buckle up sisters! The goal will be tackle the goal and stack as many days as we can within this time period. I know it can be difficult to carve time out for yourself as you bounce between commitments and holiday cheer - but this will keep you on your toes 🎄 Comment "IN 💪" below if you are up to the challenge!

WELCOME to the Strong Sisters Community! [READ THIS FIRST!]
Welcome to the Strong Sisters Community, girls! My name is Oriana, many people also call me Coach O (people seem to confuse it with Ariana…I get it). I am currently based in Tuscaloosa, AL and originally from Ann Arbor, MI. I am a personal trainer and coach and have been working with clients and groups for over 4 years now at my in person company called Coach O Athletics. I started training clients at a rec field, then to a 1 car garage gym, currently we are in a 2 car pink garage gym, with plans for bigger and more fun spaces in the future! For fun, I play tennis with my fiance, take care of my puppy Banjo (I’m sure you’ll see lots of him here), and watch Only Murders in the Building on Hulu! Working out, programming solid routines, and staying consistent and accountable were things I had to figure out on my own through my college years and into the real world. It was hard. This space is something I wish I had back then and am really excited to be here with you today. Go ahead and introduce yourself as a comment to this post. Who are you? Where are you from? What are your goals? Where are you going? What’s your favorite guilty pleasure? Let us in on what makes you, you! Happy to have you here - stay strong! O ps. share a pic of your current obsession with your post! Banjo is always at the top of my list 😄

Hey I’m Tara! I’m from the middle of nowhere in Missouri, and I love the rural life! Currently, I’m trying to figure out what I want my life to look like after graduating college last May. Adulting is a lot more complicated than I thought it would be😂 I love to play the piano (it’s kind of and addiction honestly!) and spend time outside. I’m super involved in my church, and am so grateful for the community I have there😊 I struggled with some health issues in college, and with the busy schedule, I was never able to prioritize exercise. My main goal is to get strong again and build healthy habits that will set me up well for the rest of my life🙂
