🍋 Challenge Details 🍋 1. Must drink the lemon water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach! 2. Water must be room temperature water 3. Half of lemon in 8 oz of water, then drink the full glass 4. Other half of lemon in 8 oz of water, then again, drink the full glass 5. Post a photo of your lemon water! 😀📸 That's it! You can start on any day. Don't have lemons today? Go to the store today and start tomorrow! The challenge is so simple yet will yields incredible results as explained in the video!👌😅
