I have been appointed by my 3 siblings as executor of our late mums estate because none of them is in a position or chooses to have anything to do with the property I have been asked by the 3 to move in the property and cancelling my lease at my previous residence. I have been living in the property for 7yrs with my family maintaining the up keep paying rates as well.as all the transfer fees and because of me the value of the property as increased without their assistance in anyway for 7yrs and present they are demanding full equal share of the property.Kindly advise.Thank you

Hi Francois I paid the transfer fees from my mum to my siblings and myself...yes we have been appearing in family court since last year October and the two siblings have stated in their affidavits that they asked me to move into the property and no there is no Will.

@Francois Vorster HI Francois yes I have paid all the legal cost for the transfer of the property and winding up of the estate from my late mum to the four of siblings I have made them an offer which was reasonable and more than what the Liabilities and Distribution states which I have from. The Maters of the Court which is my mu.s assets is valued at R520 000 and R42 000 for transfer cost and distributed by four is R130 000 and still to divide the transfer cost which is the R42 000 that solely paid which will leave each one with R120 000
