Does anyone have experience charging monthly hosting fees for tours for the assisted living industry?

Hi. I have an opportunity to pitch a virtual tour to a large museum as an add-on to the architectural services I'll be providing them. Can anyone give examples of a Cloud Pano virtual museum tour with multiple buildings, indoor exhibits, outdoor exhibits, etc? Ideally, it would include some sort of floor plan with clickable hotspots, photos and video for each exhibit, etc. The more bells and whistles, the better! Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

This seems like information overload! I do not know where to begin. I want to offer my services to commercial clients. Where can I find examples that I can use to help make my pitch?
