✅✅✅✅✅ I got back on track today!

✅❌❌❌❌ today was a major cheat day. I didn’t hit any of my goals except for I did do a long walk.

✅✅✅✅✅ I was really good except I went out and stayed out way too late so I screwed up tomorrows goals.

✅✅✅✅❌ I had to skip the cold shower bc I got my hair done by the amazing @Diane Salerno and couldn’t risk ruining my hair 😊
