๐Ÿ’ฆ Pee in the middle of the night ๐Ÿ’ฆ
Itโ€™s been awhile since I havenโ€™t needed to get up in the middle of the night to go pee. I have experimented with stopping drinking water much earlier in the day, but my bladder still wakes me up. I also see water retention in the form of swelling in my upper cheeks. I understand itโ€™s water element imbalance and am curious what I can try to balance it out?

I'm curious too. I wake up every night around 2:00-2:30 and I go pee. I'm not sure if I wake up because I have to pee or I just wake up. Sometimes I can fall back asleep, but it's not quality sleep.

I'm doing the water fast. I'm at 36 hrs and not feeling good. I've got low belly cramps. I looped yesterday but I got tired of the taste and today I'm sipping hot water with LMT. Would the LMT cause cramps?

Liver Cleanse Updates
Feel free to post how you are doing, where you are with it or if you are just looking at the information and considering doing one. This is my 3rd try and I am going to make it this time. I took my past experiences and designed a plan that is working for me when it comes to the food. My flush day is Tuesday. I have been eating mostly fruits, blueberry and spinach with a banana and coconut water smoothie last couple days. I cook my vegetables. I couldn't do all days without fat, so I just added a very small amount a few days (when I went to long between meals). I also sustained with plain rice with more spring water in it. I felt strong emotions this morning, but that subsided and I feel more grounded going into the evening. My challenges, it is very hard for me to do without both fat and meat. I have had cravings. I managed not to eat any meat when it was in the house yesterday. It was hard, but I am sticking to my intention to complete this one. My intention right now is not to do this monthly yet (till stones are gone). Every spring, YES!

I'm confused about the timing. Do you fast then drink the juice to break the fast or do you not worry about IF during the flush?
Leftovers
This is my first detox and I'm still trying to figure out my schedule. It's hard for me to prep food in the morning, so I've been making kitchari for dinner and eating the leftovers for dinner the next night. Is that okay? I thought I read somewhere about not eating leftovers. Otherwise I'm having one cup of half decaf coffee with ghee in the morning and cooked apples/ pears for lunch.

Yes, I usually drink regular coffee. I was adding ghee to help with BM . I did a urine enema this morning which got things moving. I will skip the ghee from now on. I'm not feeling great today - alot of bloating. Should I skip a meal if I don't feel good?
