Today's breakfast
I had seen somewhere about combination of eggs and cottage cheese for scrambled eggs. Decided to try it today. Had 2 eggs, 1/4 cup cottage cheese made into scrambled eggs. The rest of my plate 1/2 cucumber, coffee with 1/4 cup lactose free milk, 2 tbl college peptides, cinnamon. All together 30 grams protein

I have made egg muffins with eggs, cottage cheese (made from tofu), grated sweet potato & some herbs & spices πŸ˜€ they are delicious x
Reducing snacks
Thanks @Nagina Abdullah for all the great information. Two days in row now that I have not had the need to snack in between meals. Having a fulfilling protein breakfast and eating my healthy carbs at lunchtime is making a difference.

@Ruth Thong I also measure my thighs & my arms (around the bicep area) & recently I measure my lower abdomen 😳 as I am dealing with additional fat deposits in that area x

I added the debloating water immediately & both myself & husband really enjoyed it πŸ‘ we normally have electrolytes in our water (if thirsty) in the mornings so this was a nice alternative πŸ˜€
