Terrifyingly optimistic
Wow. This material is fantastic, and it’s pushing me to move past my insecurities. There is no room for self doubt or fear when you are given specific knowledge and tasks to implement. I really am terrified. But I’m in it now. Bring it on!

@Mogene Christensen Feeling terrified means you're stepping into growth, and that's such a powerful place to be. It’s totally normal to have those nerves, but the fact that you’re diving in anyway shows how ready you are.💖

@Elijah Caparros Hey Elijah! That sounds like an exciting week ahead! 😄Yes, I am running a community right now! It's been such a rewarding experience.
#1 communicating your value to the audience
As someone who has not applied any marketing to what I do and have managed to stay alive by word-of-mouth (no business, social medias or website currently working 😬), what's kept me alive is being my brand of value so I do everything from that place of how I can help people. My ideas for content that I'm now participating in communities and growing my name come from questions and I see people ask when I'm reviewing and selecting my content for the new coaching program. I'm gonna do anything that seems very universally applicable a way to create a little bite-size bit of information to nourish people also works as a way of communicating your value and establishing your bone fides. Don't be afraid to show a little something that anchors you as a valuable contributor to a person's journey whether or not they know who you are entirely or they're in the market for you. Anybody that sees that and you stick in their mind can be someone that refers you to one of the people in their circle of influence. And sharing "two cents" is a lot cheaper than social media marketing ads. You just wanna make sure it's a teaser, but it has enough meat on it to taste good.

Great approach to showcasing your value! It’s all about offering value and letting it speak for itself!
I'm getting ready to get ready...
Just recently, I was finally able to dedicate large chunks of time and energy to this direction in my life and branch from therapist to coach while retooling a lot of my skill set creating the programs and deliverables within for both a free community and social media engagement as well as completing my beta testing of specific practices within the paid program. Right now I just finished a huge amount of structural work and planning that I thought would take forever. Now it's just the final detailed decisions branding template, marketing message and structuring the offer while in the middle of a rebrand. In addition to this, I have been able to network and establish some contracts with people whose strengths are my weaknesses, increasing the momentum of what's building. This is a really exciting and challenging moment that I wanted to immortalize in a post to keep track of how fast it all comes together. A month ago I was a deer in headlights and overwhelmed with the minutiae and decision-making, trial and error, research it would take to really get started and now it's all happening. As a therapist, I am fully aware of my value and my ability to transform lives, but as many of you seasoned the coaches know, client involvement client ownership, and client accountability are really the hallmark of large scale impact. Economies of scale are always fun, but this is especially exciting and wonderful and if there's any tips, you could give a baby coach, please feel free to comment them below!

Wow, what an incredible journey you're on! One tip, clients resonate with authenticity and clear results.
Where Imposter Syndrome comes from (and how to defeat it)
"I can't do it. I'm not good enough." For months I didn't make any money online in my business. I HATED my life. That crushing doubt makes you second-guess every little choice... I feel it too — I was once stuck in imposter syndrome. Whether you believe you can or you can't... You're right. You either show up with actions... or excuses... You choose not to grow because it's uncomfortable. Even overwhelming. Maybe you don't know you can make it. Or you feel like you're stuck. Or you believe you don't deserve any better... Your "self-image" is your biggest self-imposed limitation... Self-image refers to your unconscious interpretation of yourself (the identity you give yourself). I used to limit myself by: ► Never posting online for fear of judgement ► Never approaching new people for fear of rejection ► Never starting a business because I didn't think I was smart enough Then I realised that I was doing those things because of MY perception, not reality. It's not that those things were unacceptable - it's that I wouldn't accept myself. Once I improved my self-image I: ► Found a whole new group of friends and learned how to dance ► Posted 50+ articles and 1000s of social media posts online ► Made £1000s online despite being doubtful I'd make it I couldn't have done it without focusing on what's inside, instead of everything that's outside. From feeling hopeless... to feeling like the future is already mine. This is the real transformation - not making a bit of internet money... ════❖════════❖════════❖════ How to improve self-image: Become aware first of what yours is. Meditate on reflective questions. Learn how to control your nervous system and relax your body. Go deep into your psyche and find the core beliefs driving low: A) Self-confidence (knowing you can do the thing) B) Self-esteem (feeling like you can do the thing) C) Self-worth (feeling like you deserve the thing) Create positive referential experiences and face your fears (grow).

I completely agree that self-image plays a huge role in our success. It’s amazing how changing our internal narrative can unlock new possibilities. I’d love to hear more about the cycle of self-fulfilling prophecies and how to break free from it. Looking forward to that post!
