I've got a park I'd like to submit an offer on...$180k with 9 POH's that rent for $600 each. I'd like to sell off the homes, but any way you slice it, this one looks like a good deal. I have a PSA I've always used for homes. I'm aware I need a longer due diligence period than is standard with homes, but I'm not sure what else is involved with the contract. Do you guys have a standard PSA you use for MHPs, or what would you recommend here? Thanks!

Hello, Pros! What are your best places to advertise RV Lots? Are there platforms like Good Sam, RV Parky, Campendium, RV Life, etc., allowing you to advertise long-term RV Lots only? Most of the advertising sites want us to be on nightly leases, and we require a minimum of one month (so they won't list us). So far, we get an inquiry once a month from Craigslist or Facebook, but the inquiries are usually for old RVs, which we don't accept. We have a great website and work on SEO, which takes a long time. Has anyone tried AdWords? What is your best method of infilling long-term RV lots?
