I love whole fat Greek yogurt paired with berries & hazelnuts. I even ate a little during my 5 day FMD with great results.

So clear & light. I'm still fasting today after day 5 FMD - I'll go make a green smoothie now for later & think I will keep eating lighter this weekend. I really do love this body I dwell in at this age. Interesting observations & curiosities came up this week that I have enjoyed processing. It feels good to do little hard things. Thank you to this community.

Yes! I've got this <3 The black eyed pea curry and veg, and my miso based soup is doing it for me. And I made a spice water that I LOVE. How's it going for you all?

Congrats! I finished FMD day 4 easily. I too love my spice water of fennel & cardamom. I made a yummy bison broth veggie soup last night. The trick for me is enough fat - avocado & nuts (hazel & macadamia).

I should explain about the nuts - I did the Zoe project (https://zoe.com) last year & those nuts ranked highest in terms of my body's nutrition/microbiome etc.
