Remove 'can't' from your language. If you do use it, add 'YET' at the end. Example: 'I can't meditate for 90 days in a row... YET.' Your subconscious is always listening, and I don’t want to see 'CAN'T' in this community at all. Train your subconscious mind and watch what happens. You'll think better, feel better, and notice abundance flowing your way. New ideas and opportunities will start showing up. If you see someone using 'CAN'T,' hold them accountable—comment 'YET' on their post. And if you don’t vibe with this message, I can’t help you... YET, until you’re open to change.

how to meditate as a beginner
Simply focus on your breath. No need to change or control it—just observe. Be the witness to each inhale and exhale. If your mind drifts, gently bring it back to your breath 💫
