The easiets way to make fitness progress... šŸ˜³
Over the last 4 years ive been able to make so many mistakes that I look back on and REALLY wish I hadnt. ā€Ž But on the brightside, that allows me to help others not make the same mistakes and, in turn, speed up their progress. ā€Ž If you want to start making progress in the easiest way possible, then find people that know what theyre doing already and just ask them questions. ā€Ž Whether that is a gymgoes that you know from work or someone you meet online, the best way to catalyze your progress is by learning from the mistakes of other people. ā€Ž What are you unsure about that you could ask someone in one sentence??

If you want to lose or gain weight, this is super important! šŸšØ
Your nutrition is a key part of your progress and without good nutrition then any training that you do it pointless. ā€Ž Eat in a deficit if you are looking to lose weight and if you do for a few weeks then you will start to lose weight. And the opposite is true. ā€Ž It is literally as easy as that. Whats been the hardest part of your progress so far??

How Fitness Changes Lives (at least mine) āœ…
This is how fitness was able to change my life and it could do the same for yours. ā€Ž First off, it gave me a further sense of purpose and a task to 'achieve' throughout the day which made me feel whole. ā€Ž Secondly, Its helped boost my confidence levels and shown me that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. ā€Ž Lastly, it has helped me become healthy and because of what I know now I will NEVER be out of shape again. ā€Ž ā€Ž Your fitness/health is a life choice that you need to make.
