Cleanse Oct 10-30 1. Redefine relationship with Time- experiment : up with the dawn - sticky time of day to have revealed to me priorities that speak to me now - minus the hang up’s. 2. Evaluate my financials - have a budget and a business plan (cancel AIA till new year - text Donald)…Designed plan (people set) in place between now and end of year. 3. Uplevel my relationship with sage, tobacco, and cannabis. Design experiment to run regarding this?!?! 4. Renew UT and self-massage - Design experiment to run regarding this?!?! GAINS: What Stuck just from spring detox: 1. Cold plunge habit very sticky!!! Add in more cold exposure this winter. 2. Ran experiments to ritualize Cannabis use. Make sacred, not recreational.

Hey all - finished my 72 hour fast. It was profound and I had the benefit of being in a yurt away from the refrigerator. The 2nd day was the hardest, all I could do was think about food. I tried no coffee but finally broke down and drove to town and got some. Holy coffee: All hale to those that grow it and bring it to me. So grateful. I did bike and hike all 3 days and ended the adventure with a dip in the river. What I want to say to Newbies: go easy on yourself. This is new and your body and mind may need to warm up to the idea of detox and fasting . . . I remember several of my first cleanses being about making and eating kitichari and nothing else. I love kitchari and can eat it all winter. But, my point is - at that time I couldn't have done a 24 hour fast, let alone a 72 hour fast (or allow myself to take 2 days to be alone with just me and my journal in the woods. . . what a luxury). Now I can. I'm so happy and so blessed to be part of a community that supports a healthy lifestyle. THANKS ALL! @Shea Lehnen @Brenda Green @Cate Stillman
Pro Tip For Guiding Detoxes
Most detoxes set members up for failure. They are just too hard. You've got to start where your members are weakest. Usually, it's basic circadian rhythm Habits. When you do, the breakthroughs from your detox will be PROFOUND. Your clients will succeed. They'll feel better. They'll emerge knowing how to feel great every day. And... you'll be their champion! 1. Build structure around my calendar: business focus, expansive/educational focus, buffer times scheduled so I’m not overcommitting, recreation/time for ritual and sacred space. . . built in half and full day time blocks (ie., 10x style) for the last quarter of 2024. 2. Set up experiments to run last quarter 2024. 3. Decide what course of action or non- action to FOCUS on - the compelling edge that calls me from the future. 4. Freeze my butt in Targhee creek 🤣 5. All while hanging with cool, edgy peeps like ya’ll.

Okay - this is cutting edge for me. I'm overwhelmed with all the "new" this and that. Now, there's a TV Station? So, here's my take . . . 1. I would love more videos (at the micro/mechanic level) about how to USE SKOOL - for example, how do I store live sessions that I want to have quick access to . . . like a personal "watch later" or "save favorites". Right now I'm spending way too much time scrolling and looking for sessions I may have missed or one that I want to watch again. 2. The other thing that would really be cool is to take the "Centering Exercises" that we do in live sessions, pull them OUT of their session and HOST them on Club TV (you could set up some way to monetize them if you want). I quit paying for the INSIGHT APP because we have all that lovely content on here from Cate and other BT Coaches - so why not create our own storage place from them on TV? 3. Hell yes! I want to be interviewed on TV and I want members/coaching of CT to have chats/interviews with @Cate Stillman .
