- 👋 Hi, I’m Nick Fowler! I live in Tulsa, OK. - I currently have 3 rentals and want to have 4 rentals by this time next year. - My 3 biggest challenges with RE investing right now are that I don’t know much—I just do, seems like everything is crazy expensive now days, and I’m often distracted with hiking. - For fun I like to hike/set long-distance speed records (FKTs). (Recently averaged 64 miles per day hiking across Arizona) - Something I'm currently obsessed with is our new baby boy! (Almost 3 months old) - IG: @nick.fowler.says.hi - I’m hiker trash

Recently paid off our first rental while setting a speed record running 800 miles across Arizona in 12.7 days! (But also realizing to maximize leverage I probably shouldn’t have paid it off yet or need to be doing something else at this point.)
