Hey guys, just quickly wanted to talk about Bluesky. There is a new social network that is currently trending like crazy and reached 15 million users just two days ago. Now, you may think that too many social networks aren't a good idea to be and that you are cool with just one or two of them already, ... and generally I agree, the less distractions, the better it is. However, keep in mind that social networks can always be split up into three simple categories: - 9:16 content - 16:9 content - text That's it. If you got a piece of 9:16 content below 60 secs, you can share it as: - Instagram Reel - YouTube Shorts video - TikTok post If you got a piece of text, you can share that to: - Facebook - Twitter/X - Bluesky - Threads - LinkedIn You get the idea. So whenever you have a piece of content, make sure to share it as on many platforms as possible because every little post is a new opportunity leading to potential new gigs, collaborations or business relationships. Now, we got Bluesky and it is basically, let's say, a welcome alternative to the Twitter, that, sadly, isn't Twitter anymore. Why should it matter in general? A fresh social network is a perfect platform to build a huge follower base, because the algorithms are new, meaning your content will automatically reach more and new people. During my time studying at the LACM in Los Angeles, one of my teachers, Linda Taylor said the following: Whenever you send out CDs (yes, back then this was the application medium of choice), put as much information about yourself as possible: Your name, phone number, pager, email address, postal address, everything! Now, today, 25 years later, the same applies to social networks. Be on as many as possible. I just want more people to enage with my content, so i start the 300 rule. This has gotten me 26k views on my first reel, and we're just getting started! It consist off: -100 min on creating content -100 outreaches per day (DM people) -100 comments per day (Comment on other people post, communities.....etc) There is so much more work to do, but we are getting traction🔥🔥 TIP: When creating content focus more time on the Hook. Use the rule of 80/20. It means that if u spend 1 hour creating content, 45 min goes to creating the hook and 15 min goes to the rest of the video. Hope this help💪💪

Let's talk about something that is so very important to keep in mind. The Pareto Principle or the 80/20 rule! If you "analyze your life" and get the data about what is going on, no matter if you tweak tracks, optimize your template, check Facebook or notifications all day long. Being aware of this rule will increase your productivity like crazy and this is also the reason why some people get done more in less time than others. Here is a sum up of the 80/20 rule: The 80/20 Principle asserts that a minority of causes, inputs, or effort usually lead to a majority of the results, outputs, or rewards. Taken literally, this means that, for example, 80 percent of what you achieve in your job comes from 20 percent of the time spent.
