@Mary Oberg the breakfast as the biggest challenge for me. In addition to staying snack free in the late afternoon ๐. So: two challenges ๐. I have been doing oats (three table spoon and add flaxseed plus pumpkin seeds plus blueberries). I will stick to berries for now as the rest is too sugary, aiming to move away from oats as well but then what will breakfast be?? Sweet potato is a trigger for me as it is sweet. Ideally, I will go back to intermittent fasting where I donโt have breakfast at all, but donโt want to make up for it by snacking for the rest of the day. Should be very double to have two balanced meals a day that contain loads of fiber but are filling. Hearing more and more about getting the grains out of the diet but not ready for it yet. Just discovered pearl barley ๐ delicious!
