Liver Cleanse - Using Magnesium citrate/Calm in place of Epsom Salt
I personally cannot do the epsom salt, it raises my blood pressure. So I am doing the Magnesium this time. In The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush by Andres Moritz. pg 310--11. This info is under "Intolerance to Epsom Salt" Test for allergy before taking. 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of water on an empty stomach, if no reaction you can use it. Generally if you are not allergic to citrus, most people are not allergic to it. Add 4 Tablespoons of magnesium citrate (CALM) to a total of 24 oz (three 8 oz glasses or 710 ml) of filtered water in a jar. Divide into 4 - 6 oz bottles. Drink 6 oz at each of the four specified times, followed by a glass of water. He doesn't recommend capsule form, but if you have capsule form, you can open it up and let it reconstitute in the water. That is mainly because he feels it may not fully dissolve in capsule form in our body., This is not as effective as epsom salt, but it will relax the bile ducts and give the laxative effect. @Elsa Arend Please tag anyone else you know needs this as an option for their liver cleanse preparation.

Urine drinking questions
@Brenda Green or anyone else who do UT: do you know if we should drink only the fresh urine of the moment? For example, not drink morning pee at night because it might contain things that wake me up? And is pee something that we should only drink in small amounts? Last question, to those who do footbath on a regular basis: how do you store the pee in between? and for how long do you keep it? I've used the same batch 4-5 times, but it starts to age pretty quick and now it smells super strong. When I do a footbath the entire appartment smells... Not sure if I should throw it away.

@Nicole Stoddard I don't know which call you mean. I don't remember one about foot baths in particular. Do you remember when it might have been?

@Zdenka Sutton Great that you are practicing with your Shivambhu! When we drink a lot of water the urine is not less medicinal. It may have less urea the more water we have drunk, but it will still be the best and most hydrating liquid we can drink! When we evolve it and put it in the sun it can make it much smoother and less 'smelly.' The longer I have practiced over the last 11 years, the more I find the Shivambhu gets smoother and less strong even when it is very dark or old. The more we practice - the more we learn our own medicine!
