Why you are reluctant to take a long term course ?
If we set apart the financial issue ( la douloureuse as we call it in France) , what are the reasons that deters you from from taking part in a long track course , training ……….. Although I think that theses courses are valuable , my main problem is commitment! What are yours ?

I love long-term courses, and I do my best to attend any online course that comes across my path as soon as I learn about it. Alternatively, I make sure to register to watch them later. However, as you mentioned, when exams and deadlines approach, every thing is different. The river of excuses suddenly disappears because I have to prepare for the exam😀
Post your cmrad shoulder MRI here for live Q&A 25.04.
hi, see separate post for details in this post, please ONLY POST your shoulder MRI CASE you want to discuss at the live event, using this format. Only 1 case per person! 1. post link 2. post clinical information 3. post your specific question(s) example https://www.cmrad.com/cases/1902780251 pain 6 weeks, no trauma, not responding to conservative treatment. Is the subscapularis intact? Any other posts here will get deleted to keep it clean for the stream. You can upvote other peoples cases and I will prefer cases in the live stream with the most votes (as it indicates a question many people would have). However, you need to be live in the stream to get the chance to present your case.

I do not have a specific case, but I would like to know, in terms of pulley lesions, what is the most important sign or hint for you in cases where the pulley is not that obvious but still possible? Do you use classifications in reports?

@Christoph Agten What sequences do you believe are essential to have in a plexus protocol? Do you think it is beneficial to have a larger field of view for comparison with the other side?

And here I got our known case again. By the way if you are also attending RSNA, I would be glad to meet colleagues from our community in Chicago..
