Lets all brainstorm together, if you have a 2 group model, what has been your system for converting people from your free group into your paid group and at what price?

I'm no expert but I'll just share what has worked for me. A lot of people on free trials have something in the classroom section which unlocks after 7 days. Instead make it unlock after 5/6 days, heres why. If you unlock it after 6 days, they will, 1) Get it at 6 days and begin watching it then, but obviously they wont consume it all in 1 single day, this makes them want to stay past the trial since its only 1 more day and they're consuming it. 2) Train them to wait to unlock something, have something which unlocks after 3 days, 6 days, then 31 days. This helped me increase my trial conversion rate from 6% to over 35% so I would reccomend you trying it, also let me know your thoughts or whats worked for you.

I think adding this feature could help us all to greatly reduce our churn, what if we had some statistics on how many people have watched which courses in the classroom section. Hormozi said the #1 reason people churn is overwhelm, this would allow us to see what people care about and what people dont care about, allowing us to remove extra fluff which people dont want in the community.
