Working smarter AND harder w/o burnout
I split my time between a day job, family, hobbies, and personal business. How I manage this for more personal freedom: - Less goals - I pick just ONE thing to work on each aspect of my life - mental health, physical health, social relationships, intimate relationships, financial/professional success - Smaller goals - I pick something I can accomplish in less than a month - sometimes less than a week - so that I keep momentum moving forward - Discontinue goals that I’m not making progress with - this is a tough one, but learning to finish what I start is a difficult skill for me - and while discontinuing goals may seem contrarian - I’ve found that when I shift to something I can finish quickly I get more reps seeing a task through and have therefore gotten better at it How do you all manage your life and workload better on Skool?
